    Hi all,
I hope the mods don't mind me starting this one but would anyone like to share their favourite websites for things like health, fitness, training, nutrition, etc?

I've been looking around but as I'm new its difficult to know which the good and popular sources are.

    Thanks all for any replies.

    Hi,

Nutrition: some great articles and info here: http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/

I was recommended this site recently by an old lecturer of mine but i haven't really spent much time on it.might be worth a look: http://www.pponline.co.uk/

if i were you i'd steer clear of sites like t-nation and bodybuilding.com....while you WILL come across some good info,as a beginner it will not always be obvious what info is good/bad.....and a lot of it is BAD.:)
