Help with weight loss

    Hi,

    Hope someone can help.

    I need/want to lose 2 and a half stone and as someone who has never dieted before I really dont know where to start.

    I'm 5ft 8 and just under 13stone. My goal weight is about 10st 5.

    I've given myself 6 weeks to lose my first stone and think with a bit of hard work I can do it.

    However, here's the problem. I'm the fussiest eater in the world. Not into veg (unless its soup). Will eat peas/beans but thats about it.

    Love my potatoes, eggs, fish (although only cod).

    My typical diet at the moment now that i'm trying to be healthy is:

    Breakfast: Bowl of cornflakes with low fat milk
    Snack: Rice cake or Apple
    Lunch: 1 scrambled egg on 2 slices of mccambridge bread. Little Rocky Bar.
    Dinner: Boiled potatoes, Fresh cod and peas.
    Snack: 2 crackers.

    As i'm fussy im looking for different receipe ideas or any tips from people in the know.

    I'm also joining the gym next week (cant this week due to work commitments) and will be going 3 - 4 times a week.

    obvious question really but did you read the stickies yet??

    - How much exercise are you taking

    - what age are you?

    - Male/female?
