    Hi all,

New to the forum and looking for advice please.

I lost a lot of weight a few years ago and improved my fitness considerably. I was doing Boxercise twice weekly and a weight program.

I then had a baby 7 months ago. Back to exercise when baby was 2.5months old and beginning to feel like I was.

I am doing 3 Boxercise classes and a Kettlebell class weekly. I am also doing EA Active at home.

However, I am finding it hard to get my nutrition right. I want to lose a further 7lbs. I know I am not eating enough.

    Breakfast - Porridge with water.

MidMorning - Yoghurt with an apple

Lunch - Turkey/chicken salad with low cal wrap

    MidAfternoon - Piece of fruit

    Dinner - need ideas!!

    Any advice greatly appreciated
