    Hi,

I was in Tesco's earlier and I seen they had The biggest loser meal replacements kits, I think the idea is the same as celebrity slim, I think it cost about 24 euro for the starter kit, I cant quite remember.

I was wondering has anyone tried this or heard anything about it?

    Thanks,
    Niamh ;)

I did a quick google, and unless you are going somewhere that the alternative is non-stop chocolate biscuits, then I wouldn't bother.

The average "meal" is usually a drink or soup or bar, and is over 200 cals with an average of 15g of protein and a lot of filler junk. I have no idea what they taste like, but I'm betting they are not going to be served in gourmet restaurants any time soon.
