Bill pay phone using prepay SIM ?

    Ok so im trying to get a new phone and i was looking at iphone 4, but im low on the money, but my dad said i could get it as an upgrade of his phone?
    We're both vodafone and his current phone is a nokia, how much would it be to upgrade and is it possible to put a pre pay sim into a bill pay iPhone ?
