I have recently got back to trying to lose weight and decided to try improve my diet. So im no expert on whats good for you or bad for you but i want to post my usual meals and if people can give me some advice.

    Breakfast:
3 Weetabix and super low fat milk. {280 calories approx)
Brown Bread toasted sandwhich lo lo cheese, 2 slices of ham, flora light butter(300 cals)
Either Tea no sugar super low fat milk, water or glass of pepsi max.

    Lunch:
Tin of Tesco Tuna in brine (150 cals) + Apple or Orange (50 cals)
Brown Bread toasted sandwhich lo lo cheese, 2 slices of ham, flora light butter(300 cals)
Hot cup vegetable soup not sure on calories and an orange.
Glass of water, or diluted orange.

    Dinner:
2 baked potatoes, lots of mixed veg and 1 whole chicken fillet done on george foreman. With gravy.
Oven chips, beans and steak. Considering cooking steak on george foreman but heard it takes out all the flavour.
Chicken curry cooked on the pan, 1 slice of whole chicken fillet, boiled rice and a handful of oven chips.
2 baked potatoes, lots of mixed veg, smoked haddock with no breadcrumbs cooked in the oven.
    Pepsi max.

    Treats once a week.
    9 inch peperoni pizza.
    Snackbox.

    Snacks:
Apple, Orange, the odd time bar of chocolate but after cutting back. Slice of brown toast.

Not exactly sure if this is the right forum. Bt would like some advice on if these meals are healthy enough for somebody to lose weight. I could be wrong with the calorie estimates.

Actually my main question is if somebody could answer me is about chicken curry boiled rice. I was trying to add rice to my diet as an extra meal instead of oven chips and potatoes. I cook it on the pan with a small drop of cooking oil 1 whole chicken fillet and a quarter of a jar of curry sauce and add in a pepper on the pan. Also boil white rice. I estimated this to be around 750 cals. But im also unsure if this is a healthy meal. I only eat this meal for the first time this week and had it twice and gained weight for the first time in ages. So im trying to tweek my diet to help lose the weight i want to.
