Inspiration Required!!! (Unislim)

I am just starting into my fifth week at Unislim and am gutted by my lack of progress so far :( I have only lost 3lb of a required 4 stone! Given that I have so much to loose I don't think it would be too wild to expect to be loosing 2-3lb each week.

Over the past four weeks I have began walking every day (only 2 mile, but it is a work in progress!) I am drinking at least 2 litres of water and most importantly I have been sticking rigously to the new Unislim plan. I really need to be making some progress this week before I loose all my motivation (that it has taken years to muster!).

How is anyone finding the new plan? It really seems to contradict all they would have told use when we were counting points!

Any hints or tips for achieving better results would be grately appreciated!

Unislim a basically a low GI plan as far as I can tell which would be different from WW that advocate eating whatever you like as long as their number system adds up.

Maybe post up what your eating in a typical day.

I dont know what Uslim say about exercise but the general consensus is that a mixture of cardio and resistance training is considered ideal. Say 3 days resistance (every other day) and 3 days cardio. And always at least one days rest! For cardio walking is great but you need to do more of it a vigorous pace compared to say cycling or running. So bear that in mind. If your pace is such you can easily talk then your probably going a little slow.

Are you keeping your tracker every day?
If not start now, write down everything that you eat and drink and ask the leader of the unislim class to review it for you and point out any problems.
