Hunger Suppressing Foods

    Hi All..

Any good foods to eat to suppress hunger? Even half an hour after my dinner I'll be craving a yoghurt or something.

I have a nice figure but have been putting on a bit of weight recently because of these cravings for snacks. It seems I can eat and eat and eat without feeling full. Any one have any idea why this might be even?

    Thanks

High fat foods are best for making you feel full.

People on low fat diets tend to feel hungry a lot of the time. So eating more eggs, dairy, meat etc should solve the problem. Because they are so filling you'll probably end up consuming the same or less calories than on a lower fat diet.
