    im 189lbs


    meal 1
    1 scoop porotein
    rolled oats
    brown bread slices x2

    Meal 2 (pre workout)
    skinless chicken fillet
    pasta
    green peppers

    (post workout)
    2scoops protein shake


    meal 3
    skinless chicket fillet
    pasta
    broccoli

    meal 4
    steak
    sweet poatato

    meal 5
    1 scoop protein
