    Hi folks
    I am currently quite unfit and a fairly good bit overweight at the moment(14st 4lb) and looking to get back into shape. im hitting the 25 y/o mark in a month and decided its now or never. unfortunately i dont have money to join a gym so everything will be done at home. i was looking at a program to get me stated and if you could offer any advice it would be appreciated.

    mon/wed/fri
    press ups 3x10
    tricep dips 3x10
    plank 30secs
    bridge 30 secs
    pull ups 3x7 (i cant quite do 1 of these just yet)
    sit ups 3 x 15
    hyper extensions 3x15
    squats 3x20

    i will also be starting to jog on the above days.
    i also have a set of dumbells but i havnt looked into using them yet untill i cant perform all the above easily.
    Any advice or input would be appreciated folks thanks.
