bit of a struggle, advise needed

I did great loosing the baby weight, keeping it off too (2 -3 lbs up and down, which is kind of normal I think). I eat healthy, no major food restrictions and don’t need to be as strict anymore – but I do count calories few days weekly.

However, at fitness level I am not at all where I want to be. I keep injuring myself, I can’t seem to stick to any routine that I see results with for long enough.(although I have been consistently exercising – from walking, swimming, trampoline jogging, running, lifting, dancing)

Few weeks in a routine - I either get flu, injury or both! I can’t seem to stick to resting even more then a routine!

I was hoping I will be running 2 – 3 times weekly and doing weights two times weekly, but I am having really bad left foot troubles and this is simply not happening at all! I went to phisyo which doesn’t seem to be keen on any exercise rehabilitation (only 3 type of custom made insoles), and left me even more disappointed.

Being a full time working mum, with husband that travels allot it leaves my options so limited. I don’t have time for gyms, I don’t have time to exercise every day, I don’t have time for classes. Running is good when (and if) I am able to get back to it, even if my husband is around only Friday to Sunday – Friday night and Sunday morning two workouts out of the way! Days are getting longer - if I run back from work it's the 3rd run sorted (5miles) Lifting is fine too – as I can do it after I put my son in bed. It is what it is, I need to find a workable solution suited to my lifestyle.

    My goals are
Get my foot sorted, can’t do anything before this is organised.
Figuring out where are things going wrong.
Get some Private Trainer sessions, research and find one I could meet once in 4 weeks to design a specific for me program.

Learn how to do both – properly exercise, and rest...

I have full gait analysis booked for tomorrow in irishfit.ie, recurring injury assessment. I really hope he is better then the previous phisyo, but he is a runner himself so I hope he will be good. May be they will be able to advise on full recovery/fitness plan.

I feel really low lately, very disappointed and in pain (fliping over pronation!)

I feel very... disappointed and disheartened today. It's not like I haven't put the effort, at this stage the plan is not working so I need new plan. For the length of time I have been exercising - if I was doing it right - I would be much fitter then I am.

I suppose what I am looking from you is advise. How to find a good trainer that could work around my injuries and could create a program & show me proper lifting exercise that I could do home with the equipment I have

(Various dumbbells, step that can be used as bench, gym ball). I would love a female that is lifting friendly and is in Dublin city or north Dublin based, but I would go for male too if he have the right experience.
Any tips on how to get pass by this stage and get the benefits of healthy lifestyle?
