    Hi all,
Im hoping for bit of advice please on a workout program. Im currently doing weight watchers and its working well for me. Slowly but getting there!!! Im a female, 28,5'6 and 11st 13lbs and am going to get to 10st10lb by may!! Thats my target!
Back at the gym and find im a bit lost when i structure my workouts. Actually i have none!! I do my cardio which is usually 30 mins on xtrainer (coz really enjoy that) and if ive time, 10 mins on bike, stairs/ stepper. I do my cardio 1st and then do weights. I much prefer the weights than cardio so look forward to that but dont want to be putting in all that effort with min results. Just wondering if someone could recommend a toning program including weights and mat work that i could follow to maximise my efforts. I work shifts so work out days dont follow a routine. Just whenever im off!
I find i drift between exercises to whatever i can think of doing next!!! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
    Thanks in advance!
