    Hi,
I've seen this advertised on TV and read a few good things online, am thinking of getting one (or rather the ab circle mini which apparently does the same thing but is cheaper and lighter). Just wondering if anyone has tried it,where you got it from and how did you find it? Good or gimmick?
    Thanks.

It has 'Pro' in the name, how can it be a gimmick?!

It's only 'good' if you use it but really why would you spend money on a piece of equipment when most ab exercises (and perfectly effective ones at that)can be done for free without it?

Even if it trained your abdominals 10 times better than any other exercise, it will do absolutely nothing to remove fat from around your stomach area.

You already have a 6-pack underneath the stomach fat. Everyone does. If you ever want to see it, the first to address is your eating habits. After that, it will be a combination of resistance training and cardio. Conventional abdominal exercises are fine - it's the other factors which you need to change, not "ab devices" advertised on informercials.

    +1

my brother bought this off the tv and used it for the recommended 3 mins a day.

It broke after 2 weeks of use. Really fragile piece of equipment. Best investment for "6 pack abs" would be a treadmill or crosstrainer
