Gyms in Dublin with a monolift

    Anybody know of any gyms in Dublin that have a monolift??

    The Hercules might have one, never been there myself, but I think it might be your best bet tbh. Also East Coast barbell might have one also.

    One of the Forum mods "g'em" has trained in both of these gyms, so if you dropped her a PM I am sure she could let you know for sure.

    Ironside out in Blackrock have one and they will be open in the next two weeks - i have to go to Dublin and put it together for them first :D its the most up to date one in the country and as far as i know one of only two in Ireland with pegs for bands on the base and top of the frame

    Most up to date monolift?? Have they changed how it works??!?! :o

    Hercs in town, Universal Warrior on the Ballybogan Road in Finglas and Ironside in Blackrock have one - will be one close where ever you live.

    none of the old monolifts have band pegs all new types do as bands have become a big part of training hence having pegs is important
