Thinking off setting up a home gym. Nothing to fancy. All ready a member of a gym but with work it's not always possible to go as often as I would like

Looking for a weights bench and free weights and floor mats. Not even sure were to go looking.

Any good suppliers/website to look at to see what is out there

I will put forward Irish Lifting as a place to check out. Excellent quality equipment and great service.

The guy that runs it posts on here from time to time. His forum name is "Mickk".

I have started to put a home gym together for the reasons you listed and bought a cage, bench, weights & bars from him and am really happy with them.

Disclaimer: I am not connected to Irish Lifting in any way!!!
