Advice required on food intake

    Hi

    I am looking to get some feedback on my diet.
    I'm 5'6" 150 llbs BF 18% and looking to pack on a few pounds of muscle.


    I'm training 5 times a week - 3 weights, 2 running (4mile)

    6am Porridge, honey. Green tea
    7am -8am 1lt water (on drive to work)
    8am protein bar - homemade

    10am 2x brown roll & tuna, apple, green tea

    1pm Lunch is either chicken,beef,turkey ham, + scoop carrotts, scoop green beans, 1 scoop potato.

    4pm apple, banana

    5pm-6pm (1lt water -drive home)

    6pm gym time (1lt water)

    7pm protein shake - 500 ml water

    8pm Either steak or chicken + can sweet corn

    9pm kiwi fruit, mixed nuts, yogurt

    10.30 protein bar - homemade

    any feedback would be appreciated
