What are your main sources of healthy fats as I don't eat nuts and rarely eat fish however I do take a daily supplement of cod liver oil.

    Mostly from eggs and dairy.

Flax, seeds and oily fish for poly and monounsaturated fats, and ground beef for saturated fats. These are all 'healthy'.

I don't consume any hydrogenated fat.

On an uncomplicated level - eggs, avacoado, flax, dairy fat (butter, milk, cream, cheese), oily fish, nuts and seeds (nut butters), coconut oil, olive oil.
