    16kgx14 (poorly equipped gym lol)

    One set of bicep curls/triceps can't remember the weights.

    My gym is only open monday-friday and can only go fro 1hr at a time (it's where I work) so normally go 4 days a week and spread stuff but was out monday, GAA training tuesday and lazy wednesday so had to cram as much as possible into yesterday/today
