Chest twice a week

    you think i would benefit from this? do it monday and friday....monday would be more intense but on a friday just do mayb 5x5 on bench(i just use dumbells on a monday) and mayb somethin like incline flys.

    my routie on a monday would be:
    barbell press(warm up) 2x8-10
    dumbell press 3x5=7
    dumbell fly 3x10
    decline d'bell press: 3x5-7
    decline d'bell fly-3x10
    dips 1xfailure
