    I found this.

    Breakfast:
1 pack Instant Oats (Any Flavor)
    40 Gram Pro Shake

    Meal2:
    40 Gram Pro Shake

    Lunch:
    4 ounces Ch Breast
    1 cup White Rice
½ cup broccoli, spinach, or asparagus

    Meal 4:
    6 ounces Ch Breast
½ cup White Rice 1 Fruit
1 cup broccoli, spinach, or asparagus

    Dinner:
    4 ounces Ch Breast
½ cup White Rice 1 Fruit
1 cup broccoli, spinach, asparagus, or green bean

    Meal 5:
    6 ounces Ch Breast

    Bedtime:
    40 Gram Pro Shake

I'm very lazy, and this looks like i might actually follow it given that it basically contains 3 ingredients.

Looks to be lacking in Dietary fat, i'll take some oil or something:pac:
    And fiddle the meals PWO.

Think it works out as about 3kg of chicken a week.

A 'good' fat you could throw in there is coconut oil. Have read on this forum and elsewhere about a study which had a whole load of people just add that to their diet and they lost weight. Would be a good source of energy for all that training that you do too...

Take a multi vit and put a shot of olive oil in each of those shakes (obviously you'd have to take into account the extra calories and whether it would be too much or not).

Not enough variety by a long shot, needs lots more different types of fruit and veg, try getting some fish and red meat in there too. Why all the protein and small meals? Seems a bit excessive to me if you're lazy ;)

Do you eat much butter or dairy? What about water? How much exercise do you get? Do you drink or smoke? What age are you? Are you trying to lose weight and/or gain muscle?

I'm guessing you're a bloke ;) It all depends on so many lifestyle factors.

Not really bothered about variety, the only way i'll stick to anything is if it's laid out in a simple manner.

Some of the chicken will most likely be either red meat or tuna/white fish.

Brians multivit will cover the fruit!

I eat tonnes of dairy, and am fairly active.

The reason I said more variety is because you are more likely to meat your nutritional requirements with the more variety you have in your diet. I wouldn't rely on multivitamins for much, there's more going on in fruit and veg than vitamins and minerals, all the phytochemicals etc. and the more types of fruit and veg the larger a range of these protective compounds you're getting exposure too.

SS I think you have to consider who you're talking to, he's not a fan of complicating things unnecessarily, and is a bit route one in his thinking. :pac:
I think he's annoyed that I'm lighter than him finally so he's decided to drop some weight quickly...

Actually now that I look at it again I would think the main issue for you L will be the portion sizes? 4oz of chicken is only 120g which is about half a chicken fillet, 6oz is 180, when you take the plan as a whole it doesn't look very filling. Why don't you just do a keto type diet again anyways?

you leave him alone...all of ye! we put lots of work into making him a fat entertaining log pressing machine!

on a serious note....would keto not see a serious drop off in strenght? bearing in mind its competition season again..

    I found this.

    Breakfast:
1 pack Instant Oats (Any Flavor)
    40 Gram Pro Shake
    3 packets Peanut M&Ms
    400mgs caffeine
    18 slices toast
    Bacon
    Drifters mobility warm up

    Meal2:
    40 Gram Pro Shake
    Snack box
    4x chocolate bars
    Litre Milk
    Pancakes
    Deca :pac:

    Lunch:
    4 ounces Ch Breast
    1 cup White Rice
½ cup broccoli, spinach, or asparagus
24inch pizza.. if you fold it in half you can trick your mind into thinking you're only eating half a pizza. Half a pizza = triple the weightloss.
    Garlic bread. Obviously
Litre Coke. Not that Coke Zero cack.. you wanna manipulate your insulin sensitivity. Have some minstrels here too
    Peanut butter

    Meal 4:
    6 ounces Ch Breast
½ cup White Rice 1 Fruit
1 cup broccoli, spinach, or asparagus
    2 steaks
    Potatoes
    600mgs caffeine
    Sponge cake
Full Irish.. for patriotism and all that. Tíocfaigh ár squat.

    Dinner:
    4 ounces Ch Breast
½ cup White Rice 1 Fruit
1 cup broccoli, spinach, asparagus, or green bean
Chicken fillet baguette.. (nobody knows how much protein in one of these so be careful, they might contain calorihydrates too?)
Crisps (Tayto, not King, Hula Hoops are ok, but not the brown ones)
    Milk
An onion or some sh*t to healthify it. No, some amino acids and a large mocha.. do you have mochas outside of Dublin? Must google this

    Meal 5:
    6 ounces Ch Breast
    4 scoops whey protein
    Creatine
    Glutamine
    Dextrose
    Another snackbox
some sweets, after a hard day you have to treat yourself. Maybe light some scented candles and take a bubble bath too. Maybe invite Henners over to join you in the bubble bath based on new diet

    Bedtime:
    40 Gram Pro Shake
    More toast
maybe some mini muffins.. they're so tasty
    Choccy biscuits
    8eggs
    Toasted ham and cheese sambos
Tell Henners to get out the bath.. enough is enough like.. the water went cold ages ago and now its just getting awkward
    Give me some difene

I approve of most of this. F*cking hate asparagus

Maybe, depending on when he decides to start the diet, but I can't see how he could avoid a drop in strength following the diet in the first post either.

you weren't around him when he was on the last keto diet... it started off making him angry by not being able to have ketchup and such things... ended up with him going insane with the lack of carbs, then pigging out and puking everywhere on the re-carb days...

This is the most simple list of foods to get lean, with carbs.

    OATS
    BASMATI RICE
LEAN CHICKEN (are there fat chickens? i dunno, maybe)
    TUNA
    BROCCOLI
    BANANAS
    EGG WHITES

    Low calorie, high nutrient density...

Keto would be better but carbs are good and keto is boring.
