    Anyone ever used TMU Trininty as an "All in one" supplement ? How does it compare to other Maximuscle Cyclone etc.

    In my experience the only difference brand to brand is taste, they all pretty much have the same ingredients.

    Its probably more cost effective to buy a protein powder, creatine monohydrate, glucose powder and ground oats though.

    Thanks. I cant find a many reviews on the TMU trinity on the internet but a load on Cyclone and Cyclones reviews is generally all very good. But then Tmu is alot cheaper. Dont know if the quality would be as good thou

    From what i have heard it tastes really good,one of their products is a three in one whey casein egg protein mix,a bit more bang for you moola
