    whats the breakdown? Assuming its breaded chicken, lettuce, and bread. Nothing else.

    Protein/fat/carbs/calories?

    Standard raw chicken fillet is 130-140g, and ~20% protein, so about 27g protein injust the fillet.

    If you look at cooked fillet values they are about 24%, this is since they lost water during cooking. In some of these londis type places they have salad bars, some charge by weight and some by container size, now most people are going in filling up with cold pasta, coleslaw and stuff, while I cram in as much chicken breast meat, turkey & ham as I can manage. Costs a fraction of what it would at a supermarket deli counter.
