best area to fish cross/tirrane beach in mayo

hey lads is there any beach anglers on here that could help me with a mark to fish this long beach in mayo south of belmullet.i think the beach is 5 miles long and always has a good surf.hope to go down with a few mates during the week.also wat species could i expect thanks
