Hi, has anyone ever used the Acai capsules (you can get them in Holland and Barrett). Im desperate to kick start my weight loss and Im just wondering if they have worked for anyone else. I need to lose about 3 stone and if I can kick start the loss with something it would give me the energy and motivation to start moving more!!!!
If anyone has any advise on this please let me know.....thanks

    Don't waste your money.
There's no evidence whatsoever to suggest that açai pills will help shed pounds, flatten tummies, cleanse colons, enhance sexual desire, or perform any of the other commonly advertised functions.

There is no miracle method for weight loss. Sensible diet and exercise is the only thing which will work.

Acai is a berry. That's it. It has a relatively high amount of antioxidants, but absolutely nothing which would cause you to lose weight. And since that berry has to be imported from Central America, it is expensive and only available in dried form. Buy some broccoli.

Got some around 3 years ago in the US at a snip of the price over here, before my education in nutrition when the GF was convinced that weight loss was only a matter of finding the right magic pill.

It isn't. There is no magic pill. They dont work.
