We all know that eating fish is good for a healthy diet but I can't stand the stuff, the smell, the taste, the texture, everything! So as a result I don't eat it.

Is taking one of those fish oil capsules (1000 mg, EPA 270 mg, DHA 180 mg) an adequate replacement to eating a smoked haddock or whatever or am I only kidding myself?

I use the carlsons lemon flavoured stuff. It actually tastes nice. The capsules are ok though.
