Just a question about getting a bit more toned,
I'm 18 and about 60kg, 5ft 5", body fat around 4, so not a lot to work with, i have a bar bell set and a dumb bell set each, and do some core every day as well, just wondering what would be the best for a bit of toning and some endurance training?
    Cheers lads

You need to prioritise what you want to do.

Get toned means (Adding Muscle mass in your case )
and Endurance training (Long runs etc )

These dont really mix IMO . Endurance training and adding muscle is like chalk and cheese .

You have low body fat levels already , So if you want to get "toned" start lifting some heavy weights and fast. Your soon look ripped after a couple months hard work . Leave out the endurance training for a while and see how you get on .

    Sample workout A

BB Military Press / BB Push Press
    BW Chin Up .Pull Up

BB High Pull / Inverted Row
    BW Dips

    Sample Workout B

    BB Bench Press
    BB Bent Over Row

    DB Floor Press
    DB 1 Arm Row
