I too dropped Mozy recently but for a different reason - it wasn't doing complete backups even though it was reporting that it had.

Another option to consider is Arq. It's not a service itself, a license for the software costs $29 and the backups are stored on Amazon S3 - so you'll be billed directly by Amazon.
