Supplement problem

I started to hit the gym in the last 3 weeks and it was going great until a few days ago. I noticed red spots on my arm. I have a feeling its from either or both of the supplements I'm taking. I'm taking ON Serious Mass and ON 100% Gold Whey protein. Basically I'm going to have to stop taking them to see if thats what's causing the rash and I'm so annoyed. I was really happy with the way my diet was going. I am a college student and am always busy so its hard for me to make 6 meals a day. Thats why the protein shakes were so handy.

Anyway, does anyone have any tips that can help me. I'm trying to get plenty of calories and protein into my meals because I'm skinny. What are the best quickest meals to make with high protein and calories? I feel less motivated after this has happened. I was doing so well :(

I had a mate who had to stop taking protein over skin problems. Though it was more acne type spots than rash.

For a replacement I find milk is a great source of cheap and quality protein. a litre of half fat milk gets you about 33g of protein and 450 calories.
