Looking for Personal Trainer, Dundrum

Hi All, Can anybody recommend a personal trainer in the general Dundrum area? I'm looking for someone for only maybe 1 session per week, and I'm a complete beginner to the whole fitness thing so I need a lot of direction and advice. Also, any idea how much this would cost? Thanks :)

I went to Dominic Munnelly (he posts here as Transform) for a session and got a programme from him. Very good. He is located in Sandyford so not a million miles from Dundrum. Hope this helps.
