Hi! Let me tell you about these jokers! I had the unfortunate idea to buy something from them last year.
So I bought a fancy weightlifting bench from them and it took over a week to get to me in Dublin. When it got to me and me and the hubby started putting it together we found at least 2 parts that were bent and therefor couldn't assemble the thing (oh, forgot to mention that the instructions for setting up were pretty useless), a couple of calls to customer support and were told we would get new parts within 48 hours, but at that stage no parts to be seen, it took like a week to get them. Finally able to put the thing together, we used it once and a support metal beam gave making the bench unusable. Called customer support telling them to take it back because price/quality was horrible.
Took them almost a month to refund money as they lost the bench even though it had reached their warehouse. Eventually got my money back but only after a lot of phone calls a lot of useless people telling me there was noting they can do.
Oh, and even though they say they are in Ireland they are actually in the uk So my advice is stay clear if you can!!!

I bought a bench from these guys about two weeks ago. Think they are based in Belfast. Had the bench after three day's and very happy with it. The same bench down here would cost about 250 I got it for about 110 Euro's
