Outlaws if you want to cross over the line and become a total meathead. A username like "Obamasgay" would be a good way of getting into the inner sanctum there.

Decent forum.

Muscletalk.co.uk is the biggest site in the uk. Great forum. Loads of big names post on there e.g. terry holland and daz ball. Big names get interviews aswell e.g kevin levrone was interviewed a few weeks ago on there and a few signed tubs given away of his products.

Most of it's interesting enough to read.Search for the Articles that Dave tate did for tnation.loads of good info there.

I didnt look at that program but I tend to stop reading when Thibs gets too grandiose with his language..'radical high performance high spec phase':eek:

Theres some great articles on that site although the forums part can give me the sudden urge to want to punch an american in the face.
One thing I now do when theyve a new article up-before reading I go to the end and see if its selling anything-it gets deleted if it is!

The strange thing is that Efs is blocked in work, for promoting steroids aparently. However I can peruse the steroid forums on intense muscle and tnation not bother.

I am wondering what Dave Tate did to Intel. Did he eat part of it or something?
