firstly not sure if this is right forum but ill chance it. i seem to have starngely noisy joints. for example my left elbow..always..always clicks and feels like the bone is trying to get back into the right position. my knees do it sometimes too.

other day i was holding a door open for someone and as i did so my shoulder seemed to shift out of place and lock at a strange angle above my head causing immense pain. badly damaged for 3 days after.

my back seems to be out of place too. its an awful feeling having all my bones click and crack as they try to get back into the correct alignment.

ive not done anything stupid exercise wise..proper stretching and everything. im only 18 and its not like im overweight etc.

any advice? supplements? this is a constant thing now and highly annoying.

    feedback appreciated.

go to a doctor. and don't leave them fob you off if they say something like "oh just take it easy"

My right knee clicks nearly every time I turn on it. It can get fairly uncomfortable feeling after heavy squats but not out-and-out painful.
Still a bit worrying though and I hate that it effects my confidence a bit to really push my legs as far as they can go.

I'm taking 3000mg or more of Omega 3 and a couple grams glucosamine every day. Haven't noticed a change.

If I fully, FULLY flex my right knee and let my weight sit down on it I can often it cracking 'into' place.

    Someone advise me :)

I noticed clicks in my joints after a period of taking 3g fish oils a day (3g EPA/DHA, not capsule weight). I'm now taking about 600mg (2 caps) and seems to be better.

We're not medical professionals. go to a doctor!
