The NABBA Mr Ireland is in September, the RIBBF show is usually in October. There was a NABBA Spring Classic last year as well, but I dont know if there is one planned for this year as there was a crap turn out for it.

The competition in the NABBAs is (in my opinion) better than in the RIBBFs. You probably wont hear too much info about either show as the forums that used to have all the info/banter are pretty much dead now

I would think the RIBBF is a better standard (this year anyway), the overall winner of the RIBBF would have walked the NABBA, unbelievable shape and condition. Great for the sport that it's improving so much each year

OP, their is a spring classic in April and it shouldn't have too many of the bigger and better guys in it. The main 1's in September and October are very high standard, even in the first timers category
