    Hi
Only word of advice, I can give when buying a bench is not to go for the attachments.
I bought a cheap one, very similar to the link, when i started out, now it's gathering rust in the garden.

Look for an incline/decline bench to get the most out of it.
If you don't have the cash, I'd consider an incline/decline and buy some dumbbells. If he sticks at it he can work on adding to the collection.

Done, that way he'll end up with some nice stuff.
100 euros won't buy a great bench to be honest and as he gets into it, he'll have to replace the cheap bench, which ends up costing more money for the same item in the long run.

There are pretty good benches out there for 150euro, but and I could well be wrong I haven't seen anything under that price that would be worthwhile buying.
