From any of them scams did anyone ever get money back from visa card?

My sister's card details were stolen on a holiday in spain, she got her money back, even tho she didnt note that it was missing until after she was back to Dublin (~ 2-3 weeks later). Also there is an insurance policy that you may / may not have gotten when your card arrived... it usually has all the details about the process of claiming money back. Or did you mean these e-mail scams ? If so, then yes, you can still report your card being stolen, but it might take a wile before you get anything back...
