I listed it at a good price looking for a quick sale so won't be taking anything less than asking. Offer declined but thanks for your interest.

I can't believe no one wants this, surely one of the Office Block regulars or one of the many lads going to Senny needs such a tacticool light/laser??

I will leave it up until the weekend, after that it will be withdrawn

Does the Gemtech only fit on the flash hider in the pic or does it have a standard 14mm ccw/-ve thread?

Yes sorry should of taken a pic of the flash hider on it's own, the suppressor clicks onto the flash hider. Flash hider is a standard 14mm, it did come with a smaller attachment for mp5's but I've misplaced it. So basically the flash hider screws on then the suppressor clicks over the flash hider

The original asking of €85 was a steal, revised asking of €75 is giving it away so I won't be moving on price.
Yes, it's working 100%, I am happy for anyone to inspect/test it. I am including a brand new pressure switch as the original doesn't distinguish between laser or light, when you press it bot come on.
According to the G&P site it uses a G90 Lamp, and the info on eHobby says that is a Long Life Xenon of ~105 Lumens (white)

go on 75 and can you do me a deal with the circle magpul patch?:D

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,395 ✭✭✭Decoy

To PM so and we'll sort out the patch

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,395 ✭✭✭Decoy

Buyer has opted out for the moment so this item is still available.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,473 ✭✭✭✭Blazer

does this have a simple on/off switch for the laser/light? I'm not familiar with lasers/lights so don't want to be stuck having to hold a pressure switch for the sake of a laser or are the swtiches contained within the pressure pad?
if so offer asking (€75) incl postage to limerick?
do i get the magpul patch as well;)

Apologies for the delay in replying sir.

No, it doesn't have a regular on/off switch, it is activated solely by the pressure switch. Depending where you press on the pressure switch you activate the light, the laser or both together. Typically the pressure switch is velcroed into a suitable location on the AEG, there are specific rail panels & grips available that house pressure switches.

To be honest I haven't been in a situation where I needed the taclight permanently on. Playing indoor CQB there was usually some light so it was easy to navigate, I only activated the taclight when I need additional illumination on a room/target OR to blind the opfor so they couldn't effectively acquire their target, i.e. me! I have yet to play a night game outdoors but I can tell you that using any bright light source will ruin your night vision so again selective use is called for.

The price is €75. Postage is extra on top of that. Yes, if you pay my asking price I will throw in the patch.

Thanks for the heads up Decoy..unfortunately I'm looking for one with a on/off switch as I grip my M4 by the mag not the rails.
Best of luck with the sale.:)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,395 ✭✭✭Decoy

So put velcro on the magwell & locate the pressure switch there. I've seen pressure switches mounted in just about every location on AEGs, the only common theme is that the locations suited the ergonomics of the individual player in question. Where do you play most of the time, what type of scenarios?

Back up for sale because most recent 'buyer' appears to have opted out

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,473 ✭✭✭✭Blazer

apologies for this Decoy but had to go abroad with work and was on hols and forgot about this...
    best of luck with sale..

actually I realise you were right after all Decoy...it does make more sense to have it on a pressure pad..

so offer €75 plus postage...unless you fancy a trade with a VFC AN/PEQ15 which I just purchase but tbh it doesn't suit my masada?
    And u do paypal?

Yes, I take PayPal as long as the buyer pays the fees. I don't want to have to post it unless necessary, is it still going to Limerick?

I only recently got a VFC PEQ myself, thanks anyway.

PM on the way with my email info for PayPal payment, don't send anything until I check out the postage costs.

EDIT: I forgot the magic words. Offer Accepted
