I'm 6'3 12.8 stone, now i look slim , but I have an issue with my belly! its pretty dam big!!!

Now in fairness I stopped running and the gym for agood bit (year).

But I watch what I eat, I dont eat a lot of crap, dont eat chips and not a chocolate lover..

Not sure about other people but I seem to naturally hold in my belly ... but when i totally relax it looks TERRIBLE!

Im going to start running with my dad now after work, and go on diet..

Any advice ? will cardio alone get rid of it ?
