Previous posts state that O2 have stopped this treat. Occasionally there are discounts from irishrail on twitter etc but the Tuesday and sat codes are finished.

I totally agree. This is not a sale by any definition. IE have basically increased the price of tickets from 10euros to 15 euros across the board. Even the 5:30 am Limerick-Dublin service is at 15 euros which has never been the case for the past 3 years even if you were to book this train 1 or 2 days in advance.

I got an email from Irish rail saying that ALL SEATS are for sale for a period of 6 weeks for between 9.99-19.99 if booked online at least 3 days in advance.
