Planning a fitness routine

I exercise between 4-6times a week for 30-45minutes. I vary between running 3-5miles and do an easily handled weights circuit training session with decreasing reps (15,12,10,8,6). I generally do more running than weights.

I am interested in establishing a fitness programme incorporating the above while adding lower body pylometrics, yoga and an abs session. Just wondering could anyone help me arrange all the above over the week for optimum results?
My goals are based on improving my performance when playing on the third reserve gaelic football team and to get my body fat to drop. The organised GAA training sessions are very inconvenient and are usually 1hr and half 3times a week.
I’m interested in improving my speed to keep up with the young up and coming lads. This is where the pylometrics may come in? I never really stretch properly and yoga is something I’m interested in doing for flexibility and to reduce muscle aches and pains.
