Animal Cuts advice

    Hi

    I bought animal cuts today and am looking for advice from anyone who's used it before.

    I'm currently 189lbs from 196 3 weeks ago and I want to speed up results in time for a holiday.

    The questions I have are

    1 should I wait till I've lost as much as I can easily before starting cuts eg wait 3 weeks till I'm 182 or start straight away

    2 it says to take first thing in the morning and 4 hours after if I don't work out till 6 should I wait till midday before taking first pak

    And finally I heard that you shouldn't do any intense cardio ie running while on cuts this sounds crazy to me and I plan on continuing to run 8-10 kms 3 times a week and light cardio in between is this ok
