    Hi,

Just wondering if anybody else gets severe pins & needles in the soles of their feet after the crosstrainer. I have always gotten them from the crosstrainer but never from the treadmill, rowing machine etc.

Its doesn't cause pain as such, it's just uncomfortable walking around for about 5 mins after coming off the crosstrainer.

    Any cures or solutions?

I actually have noticed this from time to time. I think I convinced myself that it was happening because my shoes were too tight, but to be honest I don’t know what caused it, or why it happens some days and not others!
