    Hi,
I'm a guy looking to get a better, more muscular, more toned body. This is my daily diet at the moment:

    breakfast: tea + special k
    snack:brown bread and orange juice
lunch: pasta and cod with glass of milk.
    snack: orange juice and peanuts
dinner:chicken and rice with peas and carrots and glass of milk.
    snack:apple and yoghurt

On top of this, I would walk 4 miles a day and do various weights excercises and am taking nitro bolon twice a day. Can anyone advise me as to how I can change my diet/excercise to make this more effective please?

    Thanks

Also, I would like to get a "summer body" so if there is any advice someone could give that would make this happen, I would be extremely grateful.

    Thanks

Im guessing the autumn body includes a big gut lol.Ideally you want to be having protein with every meal.Looks like your not getting enough protein and possibly not eating enough but its hard to say without knowing your weight and height. And what kind of workout you doing at the moment?

should be gettin atleast 1g of protein for each lb of bodyweight and you should really get a proper workout instead of doin random exercises each workout heres a good site pick one that suits your needs > http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/main.html

I agree with jason. are you in a gym. my advice would be to get a proper gym program. trainers can normally point you in the right direction food wise too.
