I'm not gonna lie I can't stomach Veg.
I can eat carrots, potatoes but thats about it,
I try to keep a high protein low carb diet and it's quite difficult due to the fact I can not eat salads etc etc...

It's not that I haven't tried I'm extremely optimistic when it comes to food and I enjoy food but unfortunately vegetables are my downfall,
    I love fruit.

For the lack of fiber my body is not getting on the low carb and not making up with Veg I take two sachets of Fybogel a day,
I am just wondering are there any decent supplements out there in which can help freaks like me who can't eat veg?

All help greatly appreciated. Thank you.

fibrogel would be pricey to have daily, look at psyllium husk (the active ingredient in it) as an alternative.

Some people might not be able to understand how people can disregard all veg but i used to be the same.
I found that as i stuck to a low carb diet, the long term lack of sugar\ salt etc.. must have changed my taste buds because after a few months i started to try new foods and was shocked to find that i really liked them. so do what you can for now but try things like spinich, peppers & onion as time goes on. you might be suprised to find that you like them.

would making vegetable soup not just do the trick? a bowl of soup is easier to convince your self to have than a plate of veg

    This.

I make a big pot on a sunday and put it into individual portions before freezing and bringing with me to college.

I don't like much veg either and I find the soup brilliant and really tasty. Just boil up some veg in a pot, add stock cubes and some sort of herb (I usually go for basil or oregano) to flavour it. As an example the soup I'm eating this week contains tomatoes, onions, carrots, sprouts, peppers, and some garlic. Other weeks I'll throw in pretty much anything I can get (mushrooms, celery, leeks, etc.)

It may or may not be for you but give it ago and see!

    Potatoes aren't veg
Eat real fruit and veg ( for me fruit is tomatoes
and peppers etc) or accept that you are leaving yourself short
