It's certainly not healthy. The body needs fuel and water to get through each day and depriving it can make you feel tired, lethargic and just plain awful. Your body is basically shutting down to prevent energy loss which is why your so tired all the time. You really need to address your poor diet by eating 3 well balanced meals a day at least an ideally 2 small snacks as well each side.

Eh, first off that's a crazy diet. You wake at 6.45, have no breakfast, no snacks, and don't eat until 7pm? That means you go almost 24 hours without eating! Seriously, that's dangerous. It's not hard to eat sensibly. Three meals, evenly spaced through the day. Brekkie, lunch and dinner. You don't have to be a gourmet, and you don't have to wear yourself out making something spectacular. But you have to eat throughout the day.

Secondly, while it's very likely that your poor diet is causing tiredness, you might also have an underlying condition. I was dogged with chronic fatigue for years, and used to get aches and pains in my legs and joints. After numerous tests, I was diagnosed with haemochromatosis. It's a chronic condition, but easily managed, and the symptoms all but disappeared within a few months. I'd suggest suggesting it to your GP, and at least having full bloodworks done so they can at least rule out an underlying conditon.

    And eat properly!!
