There's a fairly comprehensive list of exercises here:

Go for a Kettlebell, only 40 euro or something for a decent weight. No need for gym fees then plus you can train wherever you want.

i second the kettlebell but even before you do that you could get a good 6 weeks out of just doing body weight only sessions before you would need to ramp it up

And I second the "good 6 weeks with body weight".

To be honest you can get yourself in serious shape just using body weight, especially if your main goal is fat loss at first.

Plyometric training, the huge force of eccentric movements causes more damage to muscle fibres then the concentric portion.

... in athletes with a large training age. It just increases the risk of injury in everyone else.

If you can squat you're body weight you're well able to do plyometrics. You don't just have to be an athletic, the OP asked for training without weights and I gave him an example of a style of training he could perform.

That's just wrong. Completely wrong in fact.

OP there are lots of good suggestions above. Think of the simple things- squats, lunges, step ups, push ups, pull ups/rows.

Have a look for "Convict Conditioning". It's an e-book detailing a really good strength programme using no equipment whatsoever.
