This outfit were featured in the Irish Times the weekend before last. It looks like a sort of one stop shop with personal training, physio etc on site, and some kind of fancy machine called a Vertimax. Derval O'Rourke and Brian O'Driscoll were mentioned as clients.

I am thinking of going there for injury rehab / mobility etc. The location would suit me (Kildare St) but I imagine the prices will be steep. Has anyone had any experience with them, or know anything about them?

    Thanks

Mark McCabe fixed me many years ago...

Then Orla fixed me a few times after... Not sure if she's still there or not.

Good physios in my exp, but I'd probably go elsewhere if I was looking to be trained.

Ok, thanks. I was thinking of going for rehab rather than coaching, so just for a short enough time (hopefully). Will give them a go.

I've used Dublin Sports and Spine on Heytsbury St. a few times too. There is a physio there Dave who I found very good, a good motivator.

It may not be what you're looking for but..
