    Hi,

Can anyone recommend a good multivit for me.
I am finding what I am reading quite confusing.
    I used to buy MinaVit ( Lidl ) - any good ?

    Thanks
    Rob

Personally I think they're a waste of time and money and at worst a terrible idea health wise. A tailor made supplementation plan according to your needs is much more sensible. For example assuming you are a fully grown man you more than likely do not need to supplement with iron so why risk any possible toxic effects resulting from excess iron in your gut by taking a multivit? One prob with them is that minerals in them often compete or inhibit one another effectively negating any benefits or effect and even interfering with the nutrients from the real food you are eating.
