Order from somewhere like myprotein.co.uk or bulkpowders.co.uk.

The stuff in Holland and Barrets is .72g of protein per gram. The myprotein one is .82g per gram. Also the myprotein stuff is 15.29 for a kilo bag. 47.99 if you go for a 5kg one. But the B&H protein is 19.49 for 908grams. So almost a fiver more for 92g grams less and a poorer quality protein. Yeah you've to pay a delivery charge for the online order but it would still work out cheaper.

It terms of quality, no its not bad, whey is whey.
But its very over priced in terms of actual grams of protein you are getting, better options are listed above

Good work there, doing the analysis that I am largely too lazy to do....

Hanley got some good advice off them there the other day, he may be able to offer his 2 cents...
