A friend was over today, she has 3 weeks to slim up. Would ye suggest a detox? I'd say she would like to just lose a few pounds but is already doing an hour of a walk a day and a few toning exercises.
    Any suggestions or supplements?

Detox is a buzz word that doesn't really mean anything. Not unless you've been in contact with heavy metals or something similar, in which case you need a hospital, not a diet.

Your liver will do a great job of detoxing if you stop abusing it. Just eat a decent diet, drink plenty of water, get enough sleep and that's all you need.
