Took Suprecor dose too early after previous.

Hi guys, Going anon for this. I am on Suprecor as part of my fertility treatment (problem is the husband, not me). My alarm went off for one of the injections of other medication but I was distracted and took the Suprecor nasal spray again. My last dose was at 5 and the next one was supposed to be 11. Cannot find anything…

Cannot find anything online about doing this but I was wondering if anyone here has used these product or gone through similar treatment? I am going to ring the clinic first thing tomorrow but I am really anxious that I have messed things up with the treatment.
